Supplier Tier System

We implement the ISO9001:2000 management system standard and strictly audit every supplier. Currently, we have a comprehensive supplier tier system containing detailed information on over 5,000 suppliers. Every quarter, our system reviews all suppliers and strictly enforces the tier classification.• Tier 1 (Primary Suppliers) Agents, authorized distributors, and original manufacturers. • Tier 2 (Secondary Suppliers) OEMs, ODMs, and EMS factories. • Tier 3 (Tertiary Suppliers) Suppliers with annual revenue exceeding $50M and third-party certifications (e.g., ERAI, IDEA, ISO). • Tier 4 (Quaternary Suppliers) Suppliers with annual revenue exceeding $20M and over 10 years of experience in the component supply industry. • Tier 5 (Quinary Suppliers) Other suppliers (including new suppliers).

Warehousing/Packaging
/Shipping Standards

Electronic components are sensitive items, requiring strict control over warehousing, packaging, and shipping environments. Liwei Electronics strictly adheres to the preservation standards set by original manufacturers for various materials, from electrostatic protection and humidity control to temperature regulation. We ensure that products are delivered to customers with "zero defects." • Anti-static packaging • Moisture sensitivity control • Temperature regulation • Archiving each customer's packaging/labeling requirements • Archiving each customer's shipping requirements and selecting the fastest, safest, and most economical shipping methods

Quality Control Database Management

Strict quality control process is an effective means to ensure that customers use “zero defect” products, while a powerful IT system, real-time quality control database management is the strongest backing. All the details of incoming and outgoing goods will be uploaded to the quality control database, filed for the record, including: • Quality control sheet, detailed records of goods into the warehouse information • Samples are placed in the archive • Detailed information of incoming goods are photographed and filed • Shipments of detailed information photographed for archiving • Unqualified goods information on file, the supplier to submit the appropriate supplier audit / grading management system process • Quality testing and analysis methods/reports are filed • Original factory contact information on file

Visual Inspection

All incoming goods will be inspected for appearance and detailed inspection records will be made. > Manufacturer, manufacturer's material number, quantity, date of production and environmental standards inspection. > Packaging inspection, whether the packaging is intact/complete, whether the packaging material meets the corresponding MSL standard requirements. > Marking test, consistency test, checking the original specification, description document. > Material appearance inspection, dust condition, whether the pin is deformed, > whether the pin shows signs of oxidation. > HS CODE inspection, whether it is consistent with the invoice/packing list information.

Engineer Re-inspection

All materials found to be doubtful in the appearance inspection, or materials supplied by a supplier channel other than the “first-tier suppliers” in the system, should be reviewed by engineers. > Review the visual inspection process > Check vendor labels/markings, code markings against quality control database. > Barcode scanning inspection > Check the Lot No., production date, wafer/package origin with the original manufacturer. > Simple electrical performance test

Quality Testing

All goods that are not recognized by the engineers in the re-inspection process will enter the quality testing process. > Solderability test > D-CAP analysis > Anatomical Analysis > Electrical Conformance Test > Original factory test and analysis report
